    • South Essex College Group is a leading provider of Further and Higher Education across South Essex, offering technical and vocational courses across six state-of-the-art facilities. The School of Engineering Machining and maintenance, conventional Machining techniques, the college offers vocational courses from Level 2 to 3 with an Apprenticeship program. With state-of-the-art facilities, you will deliver first class teaching on related topics. Working within an established and evolving team you will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching in FE. As a minimum, candidates will ideally possess the following: • Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering Machining and Maintenance. • Previous experience delivering Engineering Machining and maintenance courses up to level 2 to 3 • A broad range of knowledge of the Engineering industry. • Experience working with young people of varying abilities to develop their confidence, • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one. • Assessors and IQA qualifications or willingness to work towards one. • Health & Safety qualification/ or relevant experience or willing to gain these • relevant industry/professional experience within the relevant sector. • Has knowledge of current developments in relevant vocational area. • You'll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills also be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
