The ideal candidate will hold a degree or professional qualification in Musical Theatre or a related discipline, have relevant industry experience as a director and/or choreographer, and a strong understanding of current industry practice. Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training learners is essential, along with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
