• Advert Text Workforce Adult Skills Tutor, Assessor Thurrock Campus 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. We are looking for a motivated, multi-skilled Tutor to help deliver a range of short training programmes in a fast-paced environment to help the unemployed get into work. Tutor required to deliver short courses to help unemployed adult learners gain the knowledge and skills to enter or re-enter the workplace. Workforce Adult Skills offer training courses in a range of different areas including Hospitality, Security, Health & Social Care, Construction, Warehousing, Customer Service, Retail and Teaching Assistants. We are a fast-paced, dynamic department, constantly changing our offer to meet the demands of the labour market so any applicants must not only have a passion for helping people into work but to have an adaptable teaching style as our courses often change. The role on offer is based at Thurrock College but they may be occasional teaching at our other campuses in Southend and Basildon.
