    • Exams Invigilators We are looking for flexible individuals who would like to work as an invigilator within the Examinations team. As an Exams invigilator you will work closely with the Examinations team and be responsible for:- Ensuring students are always complying to examinations regulations, dealing with students sensitively, ensuring all have equal access to exams, also distribution an collection of examination scripts in the exam room. The successful candidate will have, a strong attention to detail, high standards of communication and interpersonal skills. Also work well within a team, and be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students. You will be dealing with all aspects of invigilating examinations in particular with online examinations across the College curriculum. Examinations are held mainly on weekdays but also occasional evenings and Saturdays. Hours will be offered when available on a weekly basis and will be allocated to invigilators as fairly as possible. There is no obligation to accept any hours offered to you. Candidates with greater availability, and ability to cover more campuses, will be offered more hours. Some evening availabilty may be required This is a bank staff position therefore hours cannot be guaranteed and demand will fluctuate due to the examination calendar but exams are run all year round (Please note the majority of examinations requiring invigilation are computer based/on-line exams).
